The range of careers available at Dial House Care encompass a large and varied spectrum. We recruit qualified nurses, care managers, deputy managers and care assistants in our care home to help us provide 24-7, 365 days a year care to our residents. The range of activities we offer, and the operational task of running such a variety of care services, means we also employ a range of skilled maintenance and other support staff, for example, Domestic Staff, Kitchen Staff and Office Staff. As a successful and expanding organisation we also employ managerial and administrative staff to help ensure our own business operates smoothly and efficiently.

Due to the nature of our work we carry out rigorous vetting procedures, including Criminal Records Bureau checks, and take up all references to ensure our staff are fully qualified to carry out their tasks. We are committed to developing every staff member to reach their full potential.

Our Carers:

All carers applying to work for Dial House Care must go through a stringent selection process. Candidates must provide impeccable references, pass initial interviews by our senior Care Managers and are only allowed to work for Dial House upon successfully completing their training.

Carers working for Dial House Care have to obtain Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosures. We also provide ongoing training for our carers. Our experience in care combined with the support we give our carers and the commitment to our clients, enable us to take great care in selecting the right carers for you.

Every effort is made to match the carer’s experience and personal qualities to the client’s specific requirements and household arrangements.
